Verify the freezing arrangement
Find the permitted plate orientation, rack spacing and freezer airflow clearance in model documentation.
Do not assume stacking plates or moving them to another rack is suitable without manufacturer confirmation.
Inspect transport placement
Check the orientation shown for internal rails, holders and loading diagram. Include plate contact with product or packaging and lid closure in the arrangement.
Check in a loaded trial
After loading the actual configuration, inspect plate position, sensor records and movement after handling.
Different fill, lid or plate models can change trial scope; record and reverify the change.
If readings do not meet product requirements, do not change placement by guesswork; consult the technical owner.
