Document who takes custody, where the load may wait or transfer, who supervises that wait, and the planned delivery window as route steps. Do not state unconfirmed operator timings or procedures as facts.
Specify who supplies transport records, which device or document is used, how the receiver accesses data, and whom to contact after a deviation. Attach handling, stacking, and opening instructions for the exact container model.
Before dispatch, run a representative route trial or review records from comparable conditions. Compare start and receipt readings, waiting times, and transfer observations; leave product suitability or release decisions to the authorised quality owner.
