A TTI label adds up the temperature a pack has seen and the time spent there in one irreversible colour change. The main types, the VVM classes used on vaccines, and why a TTI does not replace a logger.

Measure the bottleneck and full operating cost before choosing a vehicle or room.

Measure film use by roll weight and pallets wrapped; track load security alongside damage and shifting records.

Use by is a safety limit and selling past it is prohibited; best before is a quality date. The markdown decision comes from the gap between stock on hand and what can sell in the days left.

The water bill is not the full cost. Track energy, labour, chemicals, drying, space and downtime per clean, ready-to-use container.

Do not compare purchase price alone. Total costs for the same period, route and acceptance criteria, then divide by accepted deliveries.

Use your own route, maintenance and idle-time records instead of guessed utilisation. A mixed model can also cover seasonal peaks.

A model name alone does not produce a useful price. Put nine inputs on one form and competing quotes become genuinely comparable.
