Review product compatibility, responsible role, safety documents, ventilation and emergency steps together in the pre-dispatch procedure.

Show plate identity, direction, product boundary and version in layout photos; compare the field arrangement with the approved image.

Sort returned plates by identity, cleanliness and condition before preparation; review uncertain items before mixing them into freezer stock.

Verify colour against the type label and stock code; do not select a plate by colour alone.

Count more than units: track rack zone, plate type, entry sequence and exit check in one record.

For batch preparation, record plate type, batch, freezer exit time and route assignment in a readable format.

Separate a suspect plate from ready stock and record its identity and damage. Leave repair or use decisions to the designated role.
