Share the problem and real use conditions so the supplier can propose a suitable model. State product instructions, packed-load dimensions and quantity, loading-to-delivery interval, stops and waits, and hot/cold exposure conditions.
Include physical constraints such as vehicle interior, door opening, loading method, stacking and storage space. Match photos or sketches to measurements; mark unmeasured values as estimates. If product temperature or duration limits apply, attach current manufacturer/customer requirements.
Ask each quote to state model/accessory codes, load and ambient configuration for any performance test, acceptance criteria, delivery date, warranty/service and spare-parts scope. Separate quote date, quantity, tax, freight and exclusions; compare alternatives against the same use scenario.
