A thermal curve is meaningful only with a defined model and test conditions. First distinguish whether the report predicts a specific product and route or shows a measured trial.

Check container model, configuration, gasket and plate codes, and load type and quantity. Mark differences if your use varies.

Verify starting conditions, ambient temperature, duration, lid openings and loading arrangement. The report should state which conditions were fixed or varied.

Review sensor location, measurement interval, instrument ID and calibration traceability. Do not confuse product measurements with cabinet-air readings.

Read the result trend and uncertainty; do not infer a worst case or threshold that the report does not define.

If route or load differs, plan a representative trial. Keep the report version, approver and actual field readings together.
