A spare-parts catalogue helps identify a part and its drawing location; it is not by itself a compatibility, stock or service-life commitment.
Read the model/serial plate and check that the catalogue revision covers that serial range.
Match the exploded-view position number to the part code. Do not substitute similar-looking parts based on size, fitting or a photo.
GEBHARDT's 7027745 and 6051186 identify different freezing stands for 72 and 144 eutectic plates of 480 × 280 mm respectively. Match a catalogue code to its function: these stands are not replacement parts of the container. Do not mistake stand dimensions for container size; check wheel fitment on the drawing separately.
Ask the supplier to confirm whether the code is current, any replacement code, availability, estimated delivery and fitting instructions.
Set critical spare stock from failure impact, actual use and supply lead-time records. Do not calculate stock from assumed equipment life.
Keep model, serial, part code, catalogue revision and confirmation date with the order; check the delivered part against its label and drawing before fitting.
