GEBHARDT Isotec TBX keeps the cold chain for up to 24 hours with eutectic plates or dry ice. The time reached on a given route depends on load, plate set, ambient temperature, starting condition and door-opening sequence; send these to Aris Makina and we request a thermal analysis from GEBHARDT.
To understand the test, request container model, plate type and count, load and fill, starting condition, ambient conditions, door openings and logger location. Clarify whether the temperature endpoint refers to product or another measurement point.
Also ask how the “up to” value was derived, how many trials were run, the observed variation and any uncertainty interval. One successful trial or an incompletely described test does not guarantee the same result on every trip.
On your route, record container and plate model, load, stops, openings and waiting, then verify with a near-product measurement. If results differ, compare the analysis inputs and test scope; do not present a commercial claim as a measured field result.
