Frame a thermal-analysis request around an actual use case, not a generic product name. Specify container and plate item or model, product acceptance conditions and shipment configuration; do not transfer a result between variants.

Include measured product condition at loading, load mass or fill information, door-to-door duration and waiting. Distinguish recorded route conditions, stops and door openings from estimates.

Ask the analyst to include the input list, source of each assumption, definition of the calculated limit and applicable use conditions in the report. Missing data should not become an invisible assumption.

Compare the result with a route trial and a logger placed near the product. If they differ, first review load, openings, waiting and measurement points; do not present a calculated duration as an unconditional commitment.
