You cannot infer the load's effect from fill percentage alone. Record product type, weighed mass, measured pre-loading temperature, and placement inside the container on the same form; do not assume product properties.

Match full and partial load trials by container, plate set, route, initial conditions, and measurement points. Log the temperature profile for each product group; if other conditions also changed with mass, do not attribute the result to one cause.

If building a thermal model, obtain required product properties from the supplier or a competent technical source. Compare the model with measured trips, note the deviation range and valid load range, and revalidate for a new product or layout.
