Obtain dimensional tolerances, filled mass, material data and freezing instructions from the supplier. Compare these with the current holder, shelf, freezer and washing procedure.
Trial a sample in the same container and layout with a comparable load and route. Record start and receipt readings, damage, fit and staff feedback.
Do not switch all stock before the product meets requirements. If accepted, separate inventory by label or batch code and expand while tracking supply, performance and maintenance.
