A trial shipment checks product conditions and handover expectations at limited scale; document the acceptance plan before dispatch. Identify product/lot, container configuration, load quantity, route and decision owner.
Confirm test start and finish, representative load, sensor location, logging interval, delivery photos and acceptance criteria with the customer. Record loading, arrival, waiting and handover times; retain raw logger data, instrument ID and packout condition in the shipment file.
Compare results with the agreed criteria. If there is a deviation, follow the customer's procedure for product disposition; plan a new trial if the container or load changes. Do not treat one successful route trial as a performance guarantee for another season, load or stop pattern.
