A factory photo can help compare visible order features before dispatch. By itself it is not a technical test, receipt acceptance or legal evidence.

Link the image request to the order. Agree in advance which model and accessories should be visible, when images will be shared and which order or serial number they will reference. Request product label, visible configuration and packaging in the image set.

When images arrive, compare visible code and equipment with order lines; retain date and filename in the order archive. Do not infer internal parts, gasket tightness, insulation or thermal performance from what is not visible.

Perform receipt acceptance separately

If a visible mismatch appears, request written clarification or correction before loading. At receipt, inspect packaging, damage, model and accessories under your own acceptance check; perform required functional measurements and tests under the relevant procedure. Keep photos as supporting records, not as the sole acceptance or liability decision.
