Resort replenishment requires route and site-receipt arrangements to be planned together. Your order and delivery records are more useful than assumed traffic or seasonal patterns.

Match demand to the delivery window

Record each order by product, quantity, delivery point and requested time. Add actual arrival time to identify deliveries outside the window.

Clarify responsibility after delivery

Agree on the receiver, unloading place and closed holding conditions. Specify required records and acceptance steps from product instructions.

Measure trip duration

Separate loading, travel, queue and unloading times. Use measured total cycle time in capacity planning, not distance alone.

Account for the off-season. Review equipment use alongside other customers, storage and maintenance needs. Do not claim annual savings or sufficient capacity without demonstrated utilisation.
